This past week the Presbyterian General Assembly voted to allow practicing homosexuals to be leaders within their church. In so doing, the leadership of this denomination make it clear that they no longer recognize the sovereignty of God or the authority of His Word. Sadly, this is just the latest in a long trend of denominations caving to the pressures of society. The root cause of the problem is in the nature of denominations not having Christ as their head.
